TRAVELNISTA is right--a hard boiled egg is only 70-80 calories and I find them very filling! And my hubby likes them too.
you could also add to the list:
hard boil egg
handful of nuts
both are very portable

My favorite and easy snacks are some combination of carbs and protein. Here's my list:
* a piece of fruit (apple, peach, nectarine) and light yogurt
* 1 oz of jerky with nonfat milk
* a fiberone bar and string cheese
* half a peanut butter sandwich
* half a ham or turkey sandwich (no mayo)
All of these are easy and take very little time to prepare. I can't wait to hear other suggestions because I'm always looking for something new.
