Jeanine, here is the one I use. I follow Weight Watchers and when I entered my recipe into their recipe builder it only came out to 2 points per serving. That is pretty good.
1 1/2 pounds 96% lean ground beef
1/2 cup dry Italian bread crumbs (points figured with Great Value brand – Wal-Mart)
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Ketchup (optional, I use 1 tablespoon per muffin cup for 0 points)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except ketchup. Divide mixture evenly into 12 muffin cups. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Remove from muffin pan to paper towel covered plate to absorb some of the extra fat.
Weight Watcher Points – 2 per muffin cup
