1 tbsp. butter or 0 margarine
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 can Campbell's Condensed 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup
1/3 cup water
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
1. HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
2 Add soup, water, pepper and broccoli. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.
If you are not doing low carb serve over 1 cup cooked brown rice -only 160 more calories and the cheesy gravy makes the rice yummy!
