Well I'm glad I'm not the only one that can't make heads nor tails out of this. But what I do know is that I'm eating more fruits and veggies than I ever have, I'm drinking more water than I ever have, I'm exercising more and I'm eating a lot more whole grains and making better choices in the choices of meat I eat. I'm taking vitamins and calcium and know that even when I'm not showing a loss on the scale I'm still doing my body a big favor. I think the calories in and calories out work so great for some people ... but when I figure out my resting calorie expenditure and figure out my calories in and exercise out ... it doesn't make sense in my weight loss journey. I think people like us have to play around with our calories. For one whole week up the amount of lower the amount and see what happens. OR play with the carbs and protein ratios and see what happens. One lady said she had to up the amount of fats she was eating. Its all just so crazy!!! Good luck.
