Here you are. It was wonderful. I got this from eatbetteramerica.com

Zesty Pork Tenderloin

1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon sugar (I used splenda)
1 tablespoon white wine or water
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 clove garlic finely chopped
2 small pork tenderloins.

In a resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix all ingredients except the pork. Add pork, turning to coat with marinade. Seal bag , refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours to marinate.

Heat oven to 425 Degrees F. Remove port from marinade, discard marinade. Place pork on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast uncovered for 30 minutes or until pork has slight blush of pink in center and meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160 degreees F.

1 serving 150 calories

I actually marinaded it for 24 hours, and it was wonderful, moist and very good. I will make it again.

Hope you enjoy.

Jeanine

can't wait for a new recipe...I have got to get back to cooking and looking for new ideas. Even bought a new "Biggest Loser" cookbook. Maybe I can find a good one in there, try it, and post it if it turns out well.
