I use flatout flax bread. Its great as crust. For my buffalo chicken pizza I crisp up the crust a bit. Then mix ranch dressing with franks hot sauce and spread some of that on. Then I add some cut up grilled chicken pieces and some low fat cheese. Pop it in the oven and heat it up, YUM. I use the flatout bread for chicken tacos too. Lots of fiber and lots of protein, its great stuff.

I sometimes use "FLATOUT FLATBREAD" for crust. Pre-bake it in the oven for a few minutes, directions on back of package, to keep it from getting soggy. Whenever I make a pizza using the flatbread and take to work, everyone tries to take my lunch for their own. I too am a pizza fanatic and am always looking for new crust ideas, as I LOVE thin and crispy crust...the toppings are way cheaper in calories, just CAREFULLY MEASURE your 2% fat free/low fat cheese...yummy just thinking about it makes me want it, lol
So yesterday was my scheduled cheat meal and boy did I want pizza and wings. When all is said and done with a cheat meal like that I will have bascially undone all the hard work of the week before so I came up with my version of pizza and wings; homemade chicken wing pizza!!
I took a pound of chicken cutlets, cooked and shredded them. Made my wing sauce and was very careful with the amount of butter used. I then dunked the chicken shreds into the sauce and topped it on a refrigerated pizza dough. I used the extra wing sauce to fill in the blanks and topped with reduced fat cheese and bannan peppers.
It was amazing, I got my fill of pizza and wings in one bite and since I made it, I controlled the calories (so there was room for me to dip it in some light ranch dressing!!)
Even when we want to have our cheat moments, we can still be careful and have those things we crave with a little control!!
