I like to make cheesecake cheeseballs. Take an 8 oz. softened cream cheese (FF), 1/4 stick softened butter or margarine, 1Tbsp. brown sugar, 1/3 C confectioners sugar, and a tsp. vanilla. Blend together. You can get as creative as you want with this. I like to mix in chopped white chocolate and chopped macadamia nuts. Graham cracker crumbs on top. Serve with fruit, reduced fat graham cracker sticks. I have made cookies n' cream with reduced fat Oreos. Chocolate crumbled cookies on the outside. I have made a Milky Way ball, a Butterfinger ball, candy cane ball, butterscotch, raspberry, strawberry, I'll try with whatever I have around. Every time I make one and take them somewhere, people love them.
Every Friday night I get together with friends and play games. I like to take healthy food with me. I am so tired of taking fruit and/or veggie trays. Any suggestions of something I can take and share and snack on all night without destroying my diet?
