1 can Cherry Pie Filling, Sugar Free
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup Smart Balance
Place cherry pie filling in an 8x1 1/2"-round baking dish or glass pie plate that has been sprayed with PAM.
In a mixing bowl combine rolled oats, packed brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in Splenda till mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over filling.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is golden. Serve warm
Per Serving: 50 Calories; 1g Fat (12.9% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 9g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 1mg Cholesterol; 12mg Sodium.
Exchanges: 1/2 Grain(Starch); 0 Non-Fat Milk; 0 Fat.
NOTE: This recipe can be made with any kind of sugar-free pie filling.
