The sodium count seems high for the recipe, but remember it is in the marinade and you throw away what is left in the bag.

PORK CHOPS WITH LEMONY MARINADE ***

Serving Size : 4

1/3 cup soy sauce, low sodium
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic -- minced
2 scallions -- thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
vegetable oil spray
4 pork center loin chops

Combine first 8 ingredients together in a reseable plastic bag. Add pork chops and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Spray baking dish with PAM. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Baste often with marinade.

Start to Finish Time: "0:55"
T(Bake): "0:40"

Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 248 Calories; 14g Fat (52.4% calories from fat); 24g Protein; 5g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 75mg Cholesterol; 894mg Sodium.

Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 3 Lean Meat; 1 Vegetable; 0 Fruit; 1 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates.

NOTES : The longer you marinate your pork, the better it's going to tastes
