To make a meal with meat I would probably choose either roasted pork or lamb. The flavor and creaminess can really stand up well with something like that.

This sounds great,I think I will give it a try this week. I would enjoy this as a main meal. Problem is I have a lot of meat eaters in the family, what are some suggestions to serve with this for them.emoticon
