Coat 1 tilapia or salmon fillet with 1 Tbsp olive oil. Roll in mixture of 1/4 c quick-cooking oats, 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, and 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
Place 1/4 c frozen wild blueberries in small ovenproof dessert dish. Cover with 1/2 c cooked oatmeal and top with 30 dark chocolate chips. Microwave on high for about 30 seconds.
