It stays pretty firm when I cut it into bars, but when I eat them they seem to crumble a bit. Im still eating this batch, but like you, I am on a quest to find the best recipe...let me know if you find anything!
I dont know how low fat or low cal you are look for, but I shared the way I make them under my shared recipes if you care to take a look. Its a very flexible recipe so you can add, leave out, or sub different things also...
