Ok, I want to share with you a neat little healthy treat I am making and enjoying...
Since plums are in season right now I slice a lg plum with a 1 tsp of honey and just a speck of salt (helps improve taste) in the microwave in a coffee mug... for about a min. or so. Once I take it out I add 5 dark chocolate chips and a dollop of plain yogurt... I know the combo may seem strange but this is insanely good and satisfying... It's great when you want to eat a warm dessert but do not want to go through all the hassle and calories...
