I have made these a couple of times now...really good!
1 tortilla (of your choice flour, whole wheat, garlic herb, etc.) - 10" or less
2 oz. cooked, diced chicken
1 hard boiled egg (use the white only), diced
1 tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. Light Caesar dressing (can sub-light ranch dressing if you prefer)
Place tortilla on flat surface top with chicken, egg white, parm, dressing then lettuce. Wrap tightly and eat.
Calories depend on how large of a tortilla and what type you use but using a whole wheat tortilla (10" or less) it should be approx. 200 cal., 7 fat grams, 2 fiber.
