hehe (i think i suggested the trail mix) and the great thing about it is..you can put anything you'd like in it. mini marshmallows are fun and colorful, and don't forget cereals!!! tons of cereals have btwn 100-150 calories per serving, granted, you'll want something that's a bit larger for easier snacking...i actually raelly like honey combs...(120 for 1 1/3 cup) that and good ol' cheerios and chex are great additives, especially with all the flavors of them out now

ooo..and the new Fiber One cinnamon one is delicious!

I've been soaking and roasting my own raw nuts, pecans, walnuts, pumpkin, sunflower, cashews and then adding dried cranberries, raisins, blueberries, and cherries. It is a wonderful snack, however you have to remember proportions. I especially like the trail mix on my salad.

I'm always intrigued at this suggestion as well. By definition, trail mix has nuts (hi-calorie/fat) and dried fruit (hi calorie/sugar). While it gives you protein and maybe some fiber, it would seem that you're just packing on the pounds if you eat anything more than a micro-handful. That's why I suggested good 'ol popcorn. I'll be interested to hear how people respond too.

ok on my search for movie theater snacks someone suggested trail mix. and i like that idea alot so i did a search in spark recipies and they had lots but 1/2 cup of trail mix in alot of cases (not all) has about as many calories as i allow myself for lunch. i dont wanna blow the day on a hand full of trail mix so does anyone have any suggestions on stuff to put in it that wont be tons of calories or is all trail mix 170-370 calories per serving??
