Strawberry Pie---2cups boiling water-- 1 small pkg. sugar free strawberry jello-- 1 small pkg sugar free cook and serve vanilla pudding --4 cups sliced strawberries --8oz. tub sugar free cool whip boil water 2 cups dissolve jello and pudding mix in the water pour over sliced strawberries refrigerate until firm then top with cool whip you may put this in a pie plate i just use a 8x8 square baking dish it is very good and easy to make inww they say you can eat the whole thing for 4 points
3 cups of fresh baby spinach, 1 cup of red onions cut lenghtwise, 2 cups of sliced strawberries (I slice them with the egg slicer) 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar & 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil. Mix all together and add 1/2 cup almonds. Its a great salad
Cool and Easy Strawberry Pie 2/3 cups boiling water 1 pkg. Jell-O sugar free strawberry Ice Cubes 1/2 cup cold water 1 Tub 8oz. low fat lite cool whip (thawed) 1 cup chopped strawberries 1 ready to use low fat or reduced fat graham cracker crust. 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2min.or until dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin;stir until slightly thickened, Remove any unmelted ice. ADD whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in choped berries. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound. Spoon into crust. REFRIGERATE 6 hrs or overnight until firm. Top with sliced strawberries. Store in refrigerator. Recipe taken from Cooks country magazine. I pick strawberries yearly and make all these recipes. My family loves all strawberry recipes the month of June-July here in NEPA. Hi everyone! With strawberry season here, I'm trying to figure out some tasty strawberry dessert recipes. I have a pint of fresh strawberries as well as frozen ones, so any recipes will work! Low cal and/or splenda recipes would be the best :) Thanks!
