Do Not Worry

6:25-33 pp—Lk 12:22-31

Mt 6:25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?

A strip on each fillet I cooked came off. Other than than, no. I breaded it and maybe that made the difference.

In NZ we have a fish called hoki - it's very nice. Not sure if it has made it all the way over to the US though!
Hoki falls apart when you cook it - did it do that?

Thanks for sharing about that fish. I had never heard of it before either, but I will keep my eye out for it. Sounds like a great dinner.

Thanks so much for all your help. I should have posted earlier in a day but have had one of those overly busy days and it isn't over yet. I went ahead and cooked it up by breading it in a garlic herb bread crumbs and pan frying it in evoo. It was like a mild cross between talapia and orange roughy, a mild white fish. It was good. We topped it off with Lime juice on top. I had it with green beans and a spinach and raspberry salad. It was a good dinner and everyone was happy with it except my non fish eater.

I've heard of it, and I think it comes from the Pacific Northwest. I have never seen it in the Northeast. Let us know how they taste and what might be an equivalent fish.

At the store today they had a new fish on sale that they've never carried before and I've never heard of. I bought some. It is similar to orange roughy.

Has anyone tried hokey and how was it cooked. Any good recipes? I checked spark recipes and it wasn't in there in fact it isn't even on the food list.
