It has been said that you can change your body forever in 3 months. That takes hard work and willpower. We have started a three month challenge which involves a serious regime for anyone who wants to see how much they can achieve sensibly but by working hard over a three month period. I have a total of 68lbs to lose and have used this challenge to springboard my weight loss towards that. Even if I lose 30lbs that's nearly halfway.
It will be tough exercise 5-6 days per week and a sensible diet. You can cook a range of delicious recipes providing that they are calorie restricted and only contain a small amount of starch carbohydrates such as rice or couscous. The challenge is to see how well you can do over the 3 months. Take a current picture and add it to your gallery and weigh yourself. Then work hard to see the change over the three months. We have started a team called Janet Jackson Challenge. Who is with me on this?
