And did you know it is actually excellent raw!?!? And much healthier for you too! Try slicing it from the cob, adding a sprinkle of sea salt and some freshly ground pepper and eating it as is or slightly warmed. Keeps the sugars from turning starchy and you'll also notice it can be fully digested (without showing up later in the same form as when you ate it, if you know what I mean!)
