I just posted a recipe on sparkrecipes.com that I named Sam's Shepherd's Pie. It's a crockpot recipe that makes enough to eat AND then store. And it's very good, and a COMPLETE meal in one dish.

I really have found most things to be awesome reheated as long as they taste good in the frist place. If you are going to be making lots of home made tv dinners I suggest getting a food saver. Mine has been a life saver and not a week has gone by in 2 years that I havent used it. I even put breast milk in it for my son! Get one, trust me. They save time and money. All you do is buy small plastic plates. Fill them up with your favorite par cooked veggies and fully cooked meats and vacume seal for like a year! Corn on the cob in December takes the chill out of the air!

Its not just about weight, its about setting goals!

There is a great recipe for sweet potato, black bean burriots on sparkrecipes. It makes 12 so I make them, wrap them individually and then freeze them. All you have to do is heat them up and top with some bottled salsa. I also have made stuffed peppers in advance and then reheated them in the microwave for a meal. Soups can be made and frozen and then reheated in the microwave as well.

The longest journey begins with a single step. And then a thousand others, and then a thousand others. Deal with it. :)

Chili is a really good one. Every time I make it, I make enough for several meals for lunch. There are plenty of low fat recipes for chili.

I am looking for some good reheatable meal ideas.
I'm the 'motorhome' mom on weekends at events we go to, and I'm in charge of the food for myself and 2 guys. It's my goal to keep us all eating healthy, but is hard to do with limited fridge space and not really wanting to cook (stove and oven) inside.
I need ideas for foods I can freeze and reheat in the microwave easily. Any ideas?
