SONJA glad you liked it. No it's not Pad Thai, but it is close and much healthier so now I cook that and when I'm having a real craving, I just eat a half an order and do it less frequently. I also order it vegetarian.
Please let us know on that. I am weak for Pad Thai. I was going to have it for dinner, but I couldn't justify the calories. I was very disappointed to see how poor it was in nutrition for you. Here's hoping that it's great....

One of my favorite dishes is Pad Thai Noodles. I have a recipe to make this at home, but am looking for a lower calorie, healthier version. Have you found something you have used? I hate to "spend" upwards of 500 calories on one dish!
