I'm trying a new way to break out of this plateau I've been on for over a year by eating 300 calorie or less frozen dinners or canned chunky soup with fruit or a salad for lunch and dinner and boxed cereal for breakfast while continuing my 30 to 45 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training 5 to 6 days a week. My goal for February is a 4 to 8 lb. weight loss.

I seldom eat frozen dinners because something in them triggers headaches for me, but I'm a little desperate at this point. The idea of having to eat only 1200 calories a day for the rest of my life just to keep myself from becoming more obese than I already am is just too much to bear. I'm hoping that if I can lose at least some small amount of weight more good things will happen.
