My cholesterol is pretty good but I am on lovastatin. I'm happy with the program and have been meeting my goals for calories and exercise. I have lost 8 pounds since I started o 2/7/13 but now I seem to be stuck on that!
Sticking to my pound a week goal so far! Exercising 4-5 times a week. Unfortunately today was my second day in the last four weeks that I went over on calories. Not nibbling either. For some reason I am just REALLY hungry today! Planning on extra yoga tonight to make up the difference!

Hi.. just getting back on Spark. I had lost weight, now it it back on. gotta loose again and maintain it. But Winter is hard.. you just want to curl up on the couch and watch TV or a Movie to keep warm. and you know confort food comes with it.
I am at 184.4 and want to get down to atleast the 150's range.
