My Dr said my 37 was low it has gone up I do lot of exercise usually, my DH has been sick and I have done less. I am doing fasting blood work very soon so I will see if it has lowered.

This is one I liked it is long but good I use CoQ10, KRILL OIL and have added Niacin I use the no flush kind. Hope this helps but do look up other too. The more we learn the easier it is tio understand Pat
