Hello my name is arleneand I'm trying to reach 140 lbs asap.right now I weigh 160lbs .but kastnight I ate a small portion of macroroni cheese.and brown rice and salad and a chocolate chip cookie .will I gain weight. How do I keep from gaining weight

Hi Donna

My name is Sharon andd I too have high choleteral. It is has been a battle the doc is trying different meds my biggest problem is exercising...some times i am just not into it. I also work chift work and sometimes i am so tired i ust do not feel like exercise cause i am too tire do u have any suggestions
