Now that the weather has improved I am walking for 30 minutes or more with my husband.

I too am working on the Spring into Shape challenge videos. I find them much easier to do than I thought I would. It certainly helps that they are only 10 minutes long or less. I can squeeze in 10 minutes a couple of times a day. Great challenge. I recommend it to anyone.
