I did try that a long time ago in my canning days, I never saw any results and switched to oatmeal and that was the same.
I do believe some of us have bodies that are highly resistant to losing weight. I call myself a British bulldog, they never get to be thin and I am British.
I am STILL concentrating on healthy lifestyle and I am happy most of the time. I keep seeing people losing weight right now.
I did not lose any weight in over a year BUT I have not gained either so I must be doing something right.
PLUS I am happy I have fewer medications to take.
