Hi everyone. My name is Sheila and my choest. count was off the charts at my last Dr. visit. He put me on Niacin, I am now up to 750 mg three times daily. I cant take the statins. My eating is still not right. On a budget, and hard to figure out still what I can and cant have to eat. Still in the learning process. BUT I have been exercising at least 4 times a week and I am hoping at least that helps somewhat. I have not noticed any weight loss, or inches as far as that goes either. Almost three weeks steady. I wont give up though. Still learning also how to use SparkPeople too. Love this site. I joined the 500 min for Aug.
I wont be on today, have a small trip to take, and see, choices of what I can eat will be hard. Going with my daughter to Gainesville. Thanks for being here group. Will check back tomorrow.
