The nuts could or couldn't be. I know doesn't make sense. 2 oz. is probably a little too much and if they had sea salt they are better than just regular salt on them. Put them in your nutrition tracker and see what it says. Nuts can be good for you, almonds are the best ones. :) So it was an oops/not oops thing. :)
Oops! I are popcorn shrimp when we were at walmart. I'm so frustrated w myself. I do really good if we r at home but when we r in town all day I have good intentions but I always blow it. Lately we r in town a lot because of all of the kids and my dh doctors apt. it seams like it takes all day. They r never on time, then I'm starving on the way home and its a long drive so i break down and get something. Then I feel quilty for not waiting till i get home.

OK, well you've kick me in the pants before, so have at it again. I put on 8 pounds in the past five weeks. The same five weeks it has been since helping my sister get her heart surgery and healing started. I set up the Wii Fitness Plus today. I didn't really plan on setting it up and doing it on January 1, but here it is. LOL I will be checking in on a more regular basis. OK it is over, now move on..........
