Well, SaltyChocolate, if you're reading this, I think I'm going to challenge myself to three hot yoga classes a week from now through my birthday, which is Feb 7th. I've thought of doing the 30 day challenge, but that would mean practicing through my cycle, and that's not realistic for me. I need those days of rest. At the moment, I do hot yoga four days a week. It would be an upset to my family, I think, if I did more than that. I find it hard to get away for those four classes as it is.
Perhaps the challenge could be more goal related than activity related. It could be whatever speaks to you for this month be it fitness, diet, meditation, more time with your kids, or clutterbusting etc.
Hello all! I'd like to have a team challenge for June. Yes, I know the month has already started but that's ok. What are your ideas? The challenge can be bikram-related or not. One of my thoughts was to just challenge everyone to 30 minutes of exercise each day. Just post your minutes on a thread; I will start one as soon as we decide on a challenge.
