sunday good all day. not so bad snacking but did.
today good and I mixed up trail mix and had one forth cup this afternoon.
No breakfast too busy and no lunch also too busy
tonight
big salad
cucumbers
brocollie
pineapple
watermelon
lots of water
emoticon
then 60 min arobics class
weights
crunches
treadmill at least 15 min
weight not until friday

 current weight: 151.0

You need to have a little bit more willpower, Jazzercise. If you are eating 6 smaller meals each day you won't find yourself so hungry in the evening. Snack on a piece of fruit or lots of veggies. You will find the veggies will fill you up and they have hardly any calories at all :) Happy snacking! emoticon

august 3rd and some of my goals went out the window. Can't seem to stop eating at night. tonight trying to make healthy snacks so I can grab them??

If there is anyone out there at all that would like to start a team challenge, let me know. 1 or 2 team members are all that we need. I have 4 more pounds to lose and will be in the challenge as well. This challenge would not be about competition. It would be about working towards your goal with others to support you in the process. Lets do it!
