Green tea-I've had mixed results honestly. Sometimes it makes me wired, sometimes it knocks me out cold.
As for being too tired to workout...my suggestion is to re think your workout routine. Are you bored? Has life gotten very hectic for you? Are you stressed out? Has the time of day you do your workout changed?
I to suggest doing it first thing in the morning-even if it's 10 minutes of stretching/yoga.
