There were articles this week (wish I'd grabbed the link) saying that green tea supplements have landed people in the hospital with liver damage, some of it bad enough to put people on the liver transplant list, and even some deaths. So, I'm gonna say NO.

I have hypothyroidism, and even though it's being managed by medication I still struggle with fatigue. Most days, I don't want to exercise, because I'm tired. Finding something that you like to do is extremely helpful. And finding the right time to exercise is good too. I've always heard that you're not supposed to exercise at night because you won't sleep as well. I sleep better on the nights I've exercised before bed (1-2 hours before). I'm not a morning person so getting up earlier just won't work for me.

I tell myself the days I don't want to exercise are the days I need it the most. I definitely have more energy than I used to.

Green tea-I've had mixed results honestly. Sometimes it makes me wired, sometimes it knocks me out cold.

As for being too tired to workout...my suggestion is to re think your workout routine. Are you bored? Has life gotten very hectic for you? Are you stressed out? Has the time of day you do your workout changed?

I to suggest doing it first thing in the morning-even if it's 10 minutes of stretching/yoga.

Honestly, I think they are all just fads designed to separate you from your money, and that any effect is strictly placebo in nature. Save your money, and try to get your exercise in first thing in the morning. It's motivating to have it out of the way and will give you more energy and a better mood.

I am finding myself too tired to exercise and with winter closing in, I know this is going to get worse. I heard that Green Tea can sometimes give a boost. What kind of green tea is best, or does it matter? Does anyone here use Green Coffee Bean Extract? Does it work? ANy help/hints would be appreciated.
