I just ordered some new workout gear last night from Kohl's ... and I feel like I got a pretty good deal, too -- three workout bottoms and three workout tops for around $120. I'm hoping they work well! I like the tanks they offer.

I walk my dog 30ish minutes every morning in regular shorts and a tshirt, but when I'm doing something more aggressive, I prefer stretchy bottoms and cotton tops.

It's been three months on my new workout regimen, so I figured it was time for some new workout gear! :)

I got my sports bras at Lane Bryant -- they were a splurge for me (over $40 each, ugh) -- but they definitely hold the girls tight!! :)

I know, right? I've been working out in french terry shorts and tank tops now that it's getting hot here. But, they're starting to get too big for me. The hardest part for me is finding a good sports bra.

Thank you!! I'll have to keep an eye out for some.

I am loving ON's collection of plus-sized clothing. I just wish I didn't have to order it online!

I've heard that a lot of people like the compression active wear for that reason. Old Navy has a plus size line of compression wear, and I think Lane Bryant does now too. I haven't tried it myself. Another option might be to try some light weight high-waisted shapewear. I would think as long as it's not too tight and doesn't restrict your movement, it might work.

Okay, this is going to be strange. Maybe a little TMI, but here goes ...

I have a big ole flabby belly and some exercises are a little on the painful side (because of flopping). Any suggestions for what to wear to prevent that???
