My husband is a pancake freak. But I get even. I put eggbeater in my gt 101 Express and drizzle in a little pancake batter. Close and cook 5 minutes. Fit, healthy and unbelievably tasty breakfast.

I make a kind of fratiata,i spray a small frying pan with pam, then i dice up a small red potato, some onion and fat free ham.i cook for a few mins.then i pour a 1/2 cup of egg beaters and then i add a little fat free cheddar cheese.i let this cook on a very low heat, lifting up the sides to drain off the uncooked part.when it looks cooked its done.I do this as a kind of brunch if i get up late, but its to early for lunch.

Hello..I am new to this group. I just wanted to let you know there is a great way you can use your bananas... When your bananas have ripened to the desired ripeness and You have to many to eat in that given time..Peel them and then place them in a freezer bag and freeze them. If you put more than one in the same bag, make sure they are not touching each other.Once they freeze it doesn't hurt for them to touch..but as they are freezing you do not want them freezing together. Some people place a stick in them to use as a Popsicle. They are great for a cold treat especially in the summer. I eat them year round..NOTE..Do not let them defrost they will be slimy if you let them defrost. I let them stay out of the freezer a minute or so..Eat while they are frozen..for a really cold treat. Please note..If the freezer is set especially low you may want to let them set out for more than a minute..Use common sense..don't break a tooth.. They are quite a nice replacement to ice cream treats..Healthy and sugar free... emoticon

I dont usually do things like this but this morning I found a SparkPeople Recipe I want to share. Im not much of a fruit eater so when I buy bananas I always end up with some over-ripe ones I have to figure out what to do with. Ive also been looking for ways to get more protein in my diet. I bought some protein powder and now am on the look out for other things to do with it besides just drink it. This is a recipe for Banana Blueberry Protein Muffins. Besides the fruit theyre made with protein powder and oatmeal. I tried them this morning and thought they were really good. Heres the nutrition info:
