I am new to your team. Due to the fact that I have a bad knee, I use my stationary bike a lot. I use to find watching a television show or listening to music boring then I discovered cycling dvds which helped motivate me to use my stationary bike more.
I use dvds from Bike-O-Vision. You can bike down roads in France, Spain, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Florida, South Carolina, Washington State, California, etc.....they are wonderful ways to see places you've never been and exercise at the same time. I've only just named a few - I have over 25 of their dvds.
The length of time can be 90 or more minutes so it is easy to break up the time to 30-60 minutes & continue your ride the next day. Again, this is a great way to exercise especially if you have knee problems. Plus, you'll be able to see the sights!
