I eat lots of veggies, in the summer that includes lots of salads your imagination is the limit, when you are asking for recipes are you asking for vegetarian ? There are recipe's here on this site , the library is a good resource as well. There are books with 3 or 4 ingredients . I eat a lot of fish and then add salads. I get frozen fish at Walmart , they have tilapia, salmon, haddock , various ones all frozen separately wrapped , you can bake them , I cook mine in the convection oven you can heat them in the microwave etc , I eat beans , make humus , make stir fry with chicken breast pieces and lots of veggies , have to think of and meat if you are using it as a condiment instead of the main event and it has to be lean all skin removed and only 3-4 ounces at a time not 1/2 of a breast that is a lot of meat and too much protein you will gain weight on that much protein at a time. We Americans eat too much protein, hell we Americans eat too much. I am sorry I am all over the place right now , didn't get much sleep last night.
