I also have the Mosby's and use it to study for all my lecture exams. This has really helped with test questions. Sometimes it may not be the questions that help but the rationale for the wrong answers that help so make sure you read those also!

Just finished my first year in an associates RN program YAAAAAY! I have the Saunders Comprehensive REview Nclex-RN examination book. (Say that 6 times fast!) It comes with a great CD with even more questions on it. I love it.

I got the 6th edition Mosby's as a gift a year or so ago. Then, recently while I was at the library I was checking out the rack of old books that they sell for $1 each. A 4th edition Mosby was there, so I snagged that too. I've already gotten a $1 worth of use out of the CD-ROM in the back!

I have the Saunders on my PDA, I like it because I can just click on to it wherever I am and get a little practice. I have found it is good in helping me prepare for the Med Surg tests. I have a long way yet before I take the NCLEX but, I figure it's never too early to start :)

I finally got one recently...starting the first quarter, I hadn't really thought about getting one to use to study while I was in school, but then I saw someone else doing that, so I considered it but figured I'd get it the next quarter. But then when I researched them, I couldn't figure out which one to get. So I took awhile asking around and finally ordered one over spring break. It took some time to arrive, but I have the Saunders comprehensive NCLEX exam book and the Prentice Hall OB book. I just started using it last week to study for my test. I didn't get to finish going over the respiratory chapter but it was useful and informative. I like the short but sweet review before the questions.
