Hi am the new leader of this awesome team.. we will focus on movement with any kind of exercise, for as long as you choose. Exercise has been proven to help. I know it is difficult and yet we can do this. I have had panic attacks and also I live with Chronic pain due to a lot of medical issues. I use a stationary bike and also walk short distances. There are some days i do not want to move and yet if I make myself, I always feel better afterwards
