Not all of us is doing the plan, but we still come here as this is a great group of people who care about each other.The step counter only works to syncn with fit bit and think you can enter your information for your steps or what ever exercise you do. I am Sharon and I am type 1 and I did lose 106 and have gain almost 40 back, as I went off plan and stop exercising because the pain got so bad. Am trying to get back into it again and am just not motivate and just don't have the energy.
I do track my foods from time to time on spark and mostly do keep a journal which I write in every day. I learned from experience from one time that when I lost 34 lbs in 7 weeks and never kept a journal and now wish I did so I can repeat what I did to have the same results. Now I keep a journal.
Every now and then we do have challenges and think right now is no sugar or white stuff such as flour, white rice etc.
