Today was a pop for me with out cheating in quite some time and hopefully from here on to get through the day with out cheating.

I love your one day at a time. Lately one meal at a time! Today my pop challenge was not eating fast food even though I was very hungry and tired and unprepared. I managed to buy banana and that held me till I got home to my MT meal! Whew. Thank God!

Today has been a great day so far. Despite many temptations I have stayed on plan. Today's one day at a time lesson is make the time for yourself. Put the world on freeze and Give yourself ten minutes to sort out your nutritional health at each meal time.
