Hi everyone!
I loved being with my sisters for our annual reunion! Four days of laughing, telling stories, playing pranks and staying up til dawn while laying across the bed jabbering. I watched my portion control carefully and made the best choices I could. Sodium is not my friend!

When I weighed yesterday morning, I was up 5 pounds, which I know is water retention. Today, I weighed at 214.2, a gain of .2 pounds from last week. I will have that off by tomorrow!

The only limits in my life are the ones I place upon myself.

Great persistence everyone! It is becoming a true race to finish line for many here! emoticon emoticon

My last weigh in here was on July 11 at 138.5.
Today I was 137.5. I was at a high of 142 last week emoticon
But the last three days on the mini makeover brought it down 4.5 lbs.
I will definitely be working hard to get back to goal and I feel some heat close on my heels!
I wonder who will pass me first?

WOOHOO~~~ I didn't log on this board last week but on July 24 I was 221.2.
Today (drum roll begins to play) I am 214.0!!! I lost all the weight I had gained in the last three weeks AND 2+ pounds. Living proof that if you work the plan...the plan works!

Great progress Mona!

Sharon, you are now doing what I have been doing for the past two years. We got to a good weight for our bodies and then have been yo-yoing ever since. We need to remember that we need to eat our 6 small meals and drink our water and keep away from fat and sodium. I believe we will get back to business

I weighed in at 138.5 this morning. I am up 10 pounds since my vacation. This is very sobering but only I can make the decision to stop going back up and start back on plan. MT is the only plan that has ever truly worked for me long term and it is foolish of me to think I can go to another plan and lose and keep the wight down. Have a great week all!

Hi team here is the moment of truth and I didn't want to weigh in last week because I was really embarrass about how much weight that I have gained in one week. Last week my weight went up to 157 lbs and gained 11 lbs in one week and today I weigh in at 149 have lost 8 lbs since last week but am up 3 lbs since my last weigh in and that is ok because I am going down now and losing some of the weight that I have gained. Am hoping to see a 4 lbs loss by Fri. for my last weigh in at curves and if not so be it.

Way to go, Sharon, for posting the GOOD, the BAD, AND the UGLY...you will be back in 140-ville next week. I believe in you!

Jan, YEA and YIPPEEE to be back in 150-ville!!! So proud of you.

I was 134 this morning. My goal is to be back in 120-ville by the time I weigh in again here.
I am going on a week-long ministry trip in Mississippi (to do prayer counseling appointments). I will leave on Saturday and return late Thursday evening. I will be taking 5 appointments per day in 2 hour increments (8:30-10:30; 10:30-12:30; 1:30-3:30, 3:30-5:30 and 5:30-7:30). These will be long days, lots of sitting, very little ability to drink water, and no way to eat very often. This is unavoidable considering the schedule, but I will weigh in on Friday instead of Tuesday next week, and hope for the very best outcome. HUGS!!!!!

I was going to skip weigh in this week knowing that I have gained and decide to go ahead and weigh my self so this morning I weigh 151 am up 5 lbs since last week but am down 2 lbs since yesterday since the first day of our contract. . I weighed in at 145.5. 2 1/2 lbs less than the last time I weighed in. Sharon, congrats on your loss

I weigh in at 143 this morning am down 2 lbs since last week.

Maybe you haven't reached all your goals yet-but who has? And maybe you've made a few mistakes along the way-but who hasn't? You have every reason to feel proud of who you are. Notice your triumphs, big and small. There are so many.

Started at 167.8 and through out the week I was losing steadily until Passover and Easter celebrations. Opp's...am I bad. YES! This morning I weighed in at 166.0 so that's short of almost 2lbs. I have the rest of this week and month to get to my goal or 5lbs every month.

Sharon come on nowwwwww! Get your big girl panties on and step away from those food that are making you feel down and gain weight. Trust me I've been there for sometime now... but we are here to help YOU now!

Just remember how good it all was feeling when you felt great about losing. Try to rein in on that feeling and keep it close to you. I added a skinny bracelet to my wrist that I used to wear when I was skinny and fit. It reminds me now that this is my future. Hope that helps.

Heather: congrats on your weight loss this week. That bathing suit is still waiting for you!

Michelle: congrats to you....getting it together and losing weight is not an impossible dream. Slow and stead wins the race!
