Today weigh in the same as last time I post in Oct. 181 but as of today lost 10 lbs. Still need to lose 8 more to get back to my ticker weight and to show that I am losing again. emoticon

Unfortunately for me I am at 156. 3lbs over my ticker weight. But I'm going to give it another day or two before changing my ticket. Trying to stay positive because I know how I felt at 153...like I could take on the world...well maybe not the world, but for sure a few more pounds. lol

Oh boy I am at ticker weight! This is really amazing after the vacation/foodfest I had last week!!!

I've moved my goal back since the date has already passed - looking to be in the 130's by July 4th and believe it is totally do-able!

Happy Dance today. 141 is a good thing; and 132 will be as well!!!

LA good for you! Sharon you will do better this week, so will I. I didn't weigh this morning because I knew I didn't lose one pound, that was my only stinkin' goal!!! Well this week I have changed my goal from weight to exercise and so far I have stuck with it. I'll see if that can get my mind back where it needs to be...and quick!
