I am going to look into that isometric breathing. Sounds interesting. And as far as the challenge I am in for that!

K guys! Has anyone out there heard of Jill Johnson? She is the creator of Oxycise. If anyone wants the link to her website just google the info. Deep breathing and isometrics. It REALLY works you guys. I lost 16 inches in 6 weeks doing it faithfully, and like today when we had an ice storm and I couldn't walk outside...it's a great core exerciser!!! Gets that FAT burning too!! Let's set our goal this month for our exercise...at least 5 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes per work out! Happy Trails!!!

PS
I just texted my hair stylist and told her of my journey and that I couldn't make my next hair appt, cut/color until I was @ a -25 LB loss. So....I really need to see her...13 lbs to go...

Sorry, not an E.

Right now I'm focusing all of my efforts on staying on plan with NO cheats!! I have a 30 day goal, then I get $100 from my hubby, and my friend's hubby so us gals can go shopping on them.

If you want to challenge each other, I'm game. Let me know!! We can start whenever. I need a kick to get in cardio!!
