K guys! Has anyone out there heard of Jill Johnson? She is the creator of Oxycise. If anyone wants the link to her website just google the info. Deep breathing and isometrics. It REALLY works you guys. I lost 16 inches in 6 weeks doing it faithfully, and like today when we had an ice storm and I couldn't walk outside...it's a great core exerciser!!! Gets that FAT burning too!! Let's set our goal this month for our exercise...at least 5 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes per work out! Happy Trails!!!
