I am a little behind on my weight loss goal because I had a few days of "free" eating (big mistake) but the mega challenge has helped to bring me back on track.

My only published July goal was toning - and I have been doing it! I will admit to having a crappy attitude about the Day 2 toning, but I know I can handle it now that I finally found my exercise band!

My unpublished goal was to be 165 by the end of the month - with only ten days left, it won't be likely to lose 9.5 lbs. But, by goodness I am going to give it a shot! I'll start with rereading my book again to remind me what I am eating and why!

My July goals are:
1. To be OP every day until I leave on holiday.
(Since I screwed up last night and today, this feels unattainable, but I still have 11 days.)
2. To do my Pilates 5days per week.
3. To do my toning 4 days per week.
4. To do 300-500 minutes of cardio per week.

Well, I would like to be back down in to my smaller uniforms by the end of the first six weeks of my restart. I have nearly 1 week down... 5 more to go!

I'm also doing 200 crunches on my Pilates ball every day for 5 days out of the week.

I'm gonna keep up th exercise for as many days as I can do through the week... so far, I'm 100%... I have exercised every day for AT LEAST 30-45 minutes per day since Sunday. Just makin' it a priority!

So far...

Shift a majority of my wardrobe down to the 34 to 36 range for trousers, large for shirts. YES!!

Hit my 4 year low of 203. HMMM I'm at 212..gonna be close..

Work out at least 4 days each week of cardio x 45 minutes each session. Think I am averaging this!!

Do my weight training at least two times per week.
On this one too!!

Commit to at least one 5k and one 10k this fall!!! (anyone want to join me? come on out!!)
Haven't committed yet!

Hello everyone,
First, Thanks to the Leaders for all your encouragements and challenges. It's fabulous!

Back on line to set some goals.
Number One- Write out Menu Plan
Number Two- Write out Exercise Plan
Number Three- Train for 5 K run set for the end of August. (Keep me accountable on that one. Okay, the others as well!!)
Got to get OFF line and write out some plans!

Ed I hope you find that 5 or 10k. I did a 5k back in April. Loved it!!! What a great feeling of accomplishment.

Cookie- Sounds like you are on the right track. Good job getting the cardio in.

Marg just get back on track and put those other days behind you.

Fahnzmom- Congrats on getting that tshirt on. I love pulling something out of the closet and being surprised.

I am on track so fair. Slowly shifting wardrobe..only 11 lbs to go...doing good on my cardio and weight training thus far...

and I am looking around for that 5k and 10k!!

Cardio has been going good. I haven't started toning but I am going to try it tomorrow and see how it goes (those bands freak me out a bit) POP hasn't been going quite as well as I wanted, but I went to the grocery store today and got some GOOD food and veggies. Water intake yesterday was BAD... our pump went our on our well, so I didn't drink alot. We fixed the pump today so I am back on track. I am fired up and ready to kick some azz!!!

My July goals will be to do cardio 4-5 days/week. Drinking the water is easy. Since this will be my 2nd week on this program, I will work harder on POP ALL meals and to start doing body sculpting (but that will have to wait till my GD goes back home Wed or Thurs) I also want to be under 200 for GOOD!!

Lose -10 lbs

Stay on POP, I know that I won't the first part of July thanks to the CA trip, but when I come back...it's ON!

Get into a single digit size. I am in a 10 now.

My July goal is to finish my first 6wks strong staying POP including toning and cardio. Woohoo my first 6wks ends 7/13/08 and my goal was 30#s. I have 5 pounds to go so I know I can get through the holiday weekend without many mishaps. So I don't plan on making the second half of July clean up for the holiday....LOL.

I wish us all the best and know we can be successful.

My goals for July are losing 10lbs and 10 inches. I want to build my way back up to walking 60 minutes/day 5 days/week, eating OP.. Of course this is going to take some planning ahead of time.

Baby Steps to Sweet Success.. Don't quit before the miracle happens..

I am new to the 6WBMO and to this group. I would very much like to be under 200 pounds by the end of July which hopefully will be acchieved with sticking to the nutrition plan and commencing some form of exercise. Wish me luck!

July goals......hmmmmmmm

Building up my cardio again. I was doing about 530 minutes a week and just stopped.......I'm down to about 120 a week and my body is craving the cardio. Also, I need to start eating breakfast again...I've really gotten away from it.

So Breakfast every day and back to my 110 mins a day 5 days a week cardio. Also back to my weight lifting......I miss it. So I'll add 3 times a week of weights.

Lets see, 10lbs off for sure. Cardio, 3miles a day at least 5 days a week. Toning, well I will be very limited there since my arm will be in a sling for a month, so we shall see. I also want to journal my food everyday.It's important to know what you're eating and what kind of results you're getting. 100 oz water a day, that's a breeze. Here is the big one, no blt's...(bites, licks, tastes).
