My bento today was: - egg-sandwich, "recipe" is from The Spark -book's bonus program, mix & match recipe ideas - 1 cup carrot "sticks" and curried bean dip / spread, from SparkRecipes, very very yummy!

Today my bento consisted of a whole wheat penne arrabiata (tomato, tiny bit of olive oil, peppers, onions and capers(in oil, yes shame shame) and garlic) Baby spinach and arugala salad with home made olive oil and vinegar dressing and 2 cherry tomato's on a cherry pick. all roughly around 800cal. I used too much oil, but it's the only way to make a good arrabiata in my opinion. oh well I made up for it with dinner...
