I recently discovered Bentos and I really want to try them as a good source of portion control for myself. I work late hours 3pm-midnight. My question is, would it be too much to pack myself a 'lunch' bento and a dinner bento? I usually eat a lunch around 3-330 and my dinner is during my lunch hour at work, most night 6-7. Then I end up coming home and grazing which isn't good! I just don't want the double bento to be too much food. I don't think it would, if I use the 600 ML bento box and just watch the calories I think I would be ok. I just wanted to run it by some professionals first Thanks!
