muscle boosts your metabolism and burns more calories even while you'r not exercising!!!! Those words need to be engraved and hung up all over the place! For those people who diet and don't exercise ( old me!), and they wonder why they can't get rid of their stomich! I have been going to the gym 5 days a week for 15 months, and it has made a huge difference in my dieting (this time...how many times?)


Skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand,
Crystle Lite in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming
"WOO HOO what a ride!"

Yes, it's exercise. Increase the strength training because muscle boosts your metabolism and burns more calories even while you'r not exercising.

even Pilates y yoga have some workouts to burn fat: Cardio Pilates with Ana Caban y Burn fat Yoga with Rodney Yee or any Power Yoga workout. Have fun!Have you heard of Chi running or chi walking! there is a team check it out!. to increase speed and obviously heart beat high fat burning....

Exercise that increase your heart beat,that is aerobics and/or cardio. It could be a good dance workout for fun or a low impact or high impack workout. Do you have cable? do you receive Fit TV? there you could find plenty of workouts, with Gilad, Cathie, Miss Mann, afro latino dance, belly dance, hip hop dance, caribbean workout. Here there is challenge to reduce body fat by 5% through the end of the year, to keep you motivated and posting every week. emoticon

Exercise, exercise, exercise - this is the best way I know of. Anybody else got any other ideas.

I know we've all met our goal. But how do we lose body fat now??? I'm confused about it. Does anyone have any ideas?
