I would suggest changing up your exercise routine a little. Instead of 30 min on the treadmill, do 30 min on a stationary bike...or try a new DVD. It doesnt necessarily have to be harder, or longer, but sometimes just switching it up a little will jump start your body. I tend to change about every 3-4 weeks, also help Good luck!

I have hit lifetime with WW but for my own personal goal I would like to hit the 130 mark (which is 3lbs away). But I cannot seem to get past 133. My lowest a at the end of September, when I made lifetime, was 131 but now I cannot seem to break 133 -- any ideas????
