It sounds like you have the cooking method, you are just looking for ingredients. Try searching the web for "recipe pork fruit" and look over the results for ingredients ideas.

I saw a pork recipe the other day, but can't find it now. It was for pork with fruit marinade. You marinade it in a bag, take it out the next day and braise it, then put it back in the bag and bake it for 1.5 hours or so.

Does anyone remember this recipe? I'd love to try it.
