Great thread Garden..
I have been making my own trail mix for a long time. I carry a small tupperware with about 1/3 cup of it in my purse everyday to snack on when I get hungry. Some things I like are
Dried cranberries, blueberries, cherries, raisins, apricots
Raw almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews
Seeds - pumpkin, sunflower
